Americans may need to redefine this as "Obama's Recession" since he had a direct affect and influence on Government Policy well before he was elected President. It took just 3 years after Democrats controlled congress to sabotage and tank the US economy. Congress always has more of a direct influence over the US economy than the President. But this President Obama may be clearly culpable.
